The scans are sideways, and the portal wants one PDF
A packet of sideways scans has to become one PDF. Chain rotate, then image-to-PDF, on the workspace.
The portal asked for one PDF. The phone scans are still sideways, one page per photo. Those are two jobs. Image711 is a workshop: name the roadblock, then keep the next step on the workspace instead of opening a second site.
Name the roadblock first
A sideways page and a “one file only” form are not the same button. An all-in-one editor makes you export, then import, then hunt a merge menu. If the packet is scans, the path is straighten, then combine.
Use a single tool page when you only need one of those. Open the workspace when the same set has to survive both.
What stays on one page
- Rotate until the text reads the way a person holds the page. A mirror is a different lever. Use it only when the scan is actually flipped, not when it is merely sideways.
- Combine them into one PDF in the order the form expects. Drag the pages before you export. A4 and auto-fit are choices about the page, not about the file size.
- If the portal then complains about weight, compress the heavy page and rebuild the PDF. Do not crush every page because one of them is a photo of a window.
Crop, color pick, and redact stay one image. Do not drop the packet on those.
Nothing is uploaded
Reading, rotating, and the PDF stay in this browser. There is no Image711 server waiting for the scans. Keep each image at or under 20MB. A contract, an ID, and a bank letter are the sort of file you do not want in someone else’s queue.

A chain is not a collage
The workspace chains steps on the pages you already opened. A collage is a picture made of pictures. A PDF is a document with an order. If the form said “one PDF, pages in order,” do not send a grid.
Download the PDF. The originals stay on the device. If the portal still rejects it, change the order or the heavy page, not the website.

Are the scans uploaded?
No. Rotate and PDF export run in the browser. Image711 does not receive the pages.
Should I mirror a sideways scan?
Only if the page is actually flipped. Sideways is a rotation, not a mirror.
Is a collage the same as the PDF?
No. A PDF keeps page order. A collage is one picture made of pictures.
