Format Conversion
Convert the HEIC, then make one PDF
The portal wants one PDF, and the pages are still HEIC. Convert, then join, on the workspace.
The portal wants one PDF, and the pages from the phone are still HEIC. Those are two jobs. Image711 is a workshop: name both, then keep the next step on the workspace.
Name both roadblocks
A HEIC file and a PDF are not the same button. The PDF tool does not open HEIC. Converting to JPG does not assemble the pages, and it does not shrink them. If you only need JPG files, stay on convert. Open the workspace when the same pages have to become one PDF.
What stays on one page
- Convert the HEIC pages to JPG. Batch, each at or under 20MB, in this browser. The original on the device is not overwritten. Phone HEIC is the HEIC guide.
- Join those JPG pages in the order a person will read them. One PDF. Page order matters. Joining does not compress, and it does not turn a sideways page upright. One file for the form is the PDF guide.
- If a page is sideways, turn it before the PDF, and only with pages that share that same turn. A fine angle is a tilted horizon, not a phone that needs ninety degrees. That turn is the rotate guide.
- If the form then rejects the weight, compress the JPG pages and join again. Do not expect the PDF step to make them lighter.
Nothing is uploaded
Reading, the conversion, and the PDF stay in this browser. There is no Image711 server waiting for the pages.
Convert, then join
Download the PDF you will attach. Do not attach the HEIC folder because the portal asked for pages.
FAQ
Will the PDF tool open a HEIC page?
No. Convert to JPG first. The join step does not read HEIC.
Does joining the pages shrink them?
No. A PDF is a container. If the form still rejects the weight, compress the JPG pages and join again.
What if one page faces the other way?
Turn the pages that share that same orientation before the PDF. One click does not fix left and right together.
