Annotation & Markup
Stamp the name, then shrink the photo
Product shots need a shop name and still fail the size cap. Watermark first, then compress, on the workspace.
The listing wants your shop name on the photo, and the form still rejects the file size. Those are two jobs. Image711 is a workshop: name the roadblock, then keep the next step on the workspace.
Name both roadblocks
A mark and a size cap are not the same button. Stamping the name does not shrink the file. Shrinking the file does not put the name on it. If you only need one, stay on that tool page. Open the workspace when the same shots have to survive both.
What stays on one page
- Watermark the shots that share one mark. Text, or a transparent PNG logo. Tile it, or place it once. A phone number is not a shop name: cover that with mosaic, on its own page, before you stamp anything.
- If the form then rejects the weight, compress the marked export. Change the heavy file. Do not stamp again just to chase a smaller number.
- How to keep a text mark off the product is the watermark guide. Meeting a kilobyte cap is the size guide.
Nothing is uploaded
Reading, the mark, and the smaller file stay in this browser. There is no Image711 server waiting for the product shots. Keep each image at or under 20MB. A phone file that is still HEIC should be converted before the mark.
Rounding corners, an arrow, and a color sample are other pages. Do those only if the listing asked.
Stamp, then shrink
Download after the name is on the export you will send. The originals stay on the device. If the portal still rejects the file, change the weight of the marked export. Do not send the unmarked original because it was lighter.
FAQ
Does a watermark shrink the file?
No. The mark and the size cap are two steps. Compress the marked export.
Is a phone number a watermark?
No. Cover a number with mosaic on its own page. A watermark is a shop name or a logo.
Are the photos uploaded?
No. The mark and the compress run in the browser. Image711 does not receive the files.
