Collage the shots, then shrink that one file

The form wants one picture, and it still caps the size. Collage, then compress, on the workspace.

The form wants one picture, and it still rejects the weight. Those are two jobs. Image711 is a workshop: name both, then keep the next step on the workspace.

Name both roadblocks

A collage and a size cap are not the same button. Putting four shots on one canvas does not shrink them. Compressing a folder does not give the form the single picture it asked for. If you only need a smaller file, stay on compress. Open the workspace when the same shots have to become one picture the form will take.

What stays on one page

  1. If a phone file is still HEIC, convert it before anything else. Each source stays at or under 20MB.
  2. Collage the shots into one picture. This tool makes one collage. It does not walk a folder of separate exports, and it does not compress. One picture for a form that bounced a zip is the collage guide.
  3. If the form then rejects the weight, compress that collage export. Change the heavy file. Do not build the collage again just to chase a smaller number. A kilobyte cap is the size guide.
  4. A PDF of pages is a different job. Page order belongs on the PDF tool, and joining does not shrink either. A shop name is a watermark. A phone number is mosaic. Do those only if the form asked.

Nothing is uploaded

Reading, the collage, and the smaller file stay in this browser. There is no Image711 server waiting for the shots.

Collage, then shrink

Download the one picture you will attach. Do not send the lighter originals, because the form asked for one picture.

FAQ

Does a collage shrink the files?

No. You get one picture. If the form still rejects the weight, compress that collage export. Do not collage again to chase a smaller number.

Is a collage a PDF?

No. A collage is one image. Pages in reading order belong on the PDF tool. Joining pages does not compress either.

How many shots, and how heavy?

One collage, not a batch of collages. Each source stays at or under 20MB. HEIC is converted before it is placed.
